Inverted V is a dedicated pole & aerial studio situated in the beautiful town of Bude in Cornwall. It specialises in teaching many styles of pole fitness as well as aerial disciplines such as Aerial hoop (lyra), Aerial sling & Silks.
We want to make pole and aerial accessible for everyone no matter what your ability, age or fitness background. We can support you through your journey, come fly with us.
At Inverted V we have six 3m+ poles and can offer a range of pole styles. We have classes for those tricksters who love the strength moves. There are low flow classes for those who love to dance. We have heels choreography for those ladies who love to throw a bit of sass (who doesn’t!).
